Experienced Garden Maintenance Team Member

About the Role

Working across a variety of high-end residential properties throughout Adelaide, you'll be responsible for maintaining gardens to the highest standard while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, edging and turf care

• Hedge trimming and pruning

• Weed control and garden clean-ups

• Planting, mulching and fertilising

• Irrigation checks and minor repairs

• Identifying plant health issues and recommending solutions

• Operating and maintaining gardening equipment safely

• Working independently and as part of a supportive team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in garden maintenance or horticulture

• Strong plant identification and pruning knowledge

• Experience using commercial gardening equipment

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Friendly, professional attitude with great communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in all weather conditions

• Current Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred)

• White Card (or willingness to obtain)

• Chemical accreditation and horticultural qualifications are advantageous but not essential
