As our Field Operations Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our horticulture and weed/pest management division, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple sites. You’ll mentor and inspire your team, strengthen client relationships and help shape the future of our operations.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate our horticulture and weed/pest control teams to achieve excellence.
Plan and manage staff schedules, resources and site operations efficiently.
Conduct regular site audits to uphold safety, quality and compliance standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
Monitor operational performance, budgets and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Support and develop your team, helping them grow professionally and achieve success.
Who You Are:
Proven supervisory and/or leadership experience in horticulture and/or weed/pest management is essential.
Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Exceptional communicator with strong client relationship skills.
Comfortable reporting on budgets, performance metrics and project outcomes.
Hands-on, leading by example and supporting your team to achieve their best.
Relevant industry qualifications and/or licensing (highly regarded).
Current driver’s licence (essential).
