Inside Out Exteriors is a South Australian landscaping company creating luxury outdoor spaces across Adelaide. We specialise in residential landscaping – think full backyard transformations, custom paving and fire pits, retaining walls, pool surrounds, feature stonework, and more.

We’re a small, tight-knit crew with high standards, a good sense of humour, and a genuine passion for quality work. As part of this role, you'll be handed the keys to our fully stocked 2021 Isuzu D-Max – decked out with tools, equipment and everything you need to run jobs smoothly on site.

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a qualified landscaper to join the team full-time in a Leading Hand/Supervisor position.

You’ll be working across a variety of high-end residential projects, responsible for:

• Supervising and working alongside a small team (including apprentices)

• Coordinating day-to-day tasks on-site and keeping jobs running smoothly

• Reading and interpreting site plans

• Ensuring work is delivered to a high standard

• Communicating with clients and subcontractors when needed

• Keeping a clean, safe, and well-organised site

This is a hands-on role – we’re after someone who’s confident leading a team but also keen to get stuck into the work themselves.

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent)

• Proven experience in residential landscaping (ideally 3+ years)

• Strong skills across paving, retaining, concreting, and general hardscaping

• Ability to lead a team and manage a job site

• Current driver’s licence and white card

• A positive attitude and pride in your work
